Tracking Progress

Project statistics dialog displays summary information about a project.
If baseline copy of a schedule is saved then baseline values are displayed for comparison.
👷 On the main menu click project, select project information
👷 The project information dialog box appears
👷Click on project statistics
👷You will get start, finish, duration, work, cost values for current, baseline, actual, remaining
👷Also, you will get percent complete duration %, work %

Assigning Resources

By creating an assignment you specify both the resources assigned to a task and their associated assignment units 1.
👷In the assign resources dialog Task - Resources List options - Resources from project 1
To assign resources from project server
👷Select the task to which you want to assign a resource
👷Click assign resource
👷The assign resource dialog appears, expand resource list option.
👷Under add resource option select from project server
👷The Build Team for Project 1 dialog appears
👷Select the resources you want and click Add
👷Now repeat the steps that appear in highlighted color
