Publishing Projects
Publishing Projects
All projects should reside in central repository of project server so that it is easier for the project managers to analyze work.
To publish projects follow these steps
👷 Open the project you want to publish
👷 Click collaborate, publish all information
👷 The following dialog box appears
👷 Click ok and save the project
👷Enter a suitable name for the project and click save
👷 Your project now gets saved and goes and resides in the server.

To select and print a report follow these steps
👷 Click view, report
👷 In the report dialog double click the category you want
👷 If the dialog prompts for more information enter it and click ok
👷 The corresponding report appears in the print preview
